1. Groups of lots will close within 20 minute intervals. This will be extended by two more minutes if a bid is recorded for a lot in the group within the last two minutes of the group closing. Please refer to the bid closing schedule under “About the Auction” for more details.
2. All sales are final. Once bids are placed, they may not be cancelled.
3. There will be a 20% Buyer's Premium on all purchases.
4. Payments (Sale Price and Buyer's Premium in full, including the applicable taxes) are to be made within seven business days from the closing date of the auction.
