11.25 x 8.75 x 0.25 in (28.5 x 22.5 x 1 cm)

The first book on an Indian artist and the only work on Ravi Varma published in his lifetime.

No author but Partha Mitter, in Art and Nationalism in Colonial India, Oxford University Press: 1994, in the bibliography on p.436, attributes it to Ramananda Chatterjee, which is plausible since he was editor of Prabasi magazine in Allahabad at this time and owned the Indian Press. Mitter dates the book to 1902.
