An expanded version of the initial printing of 1869, this massive volume combines the author's hunting adventures with the natural history of the game involved, illustrated with trophy heads in superb photogravure. Alexander Angus Airlie Kinloch (1838-1919) served as Deputy Assistant Quartermaster-General during the Afghan war, and later in India.
