Raj Kapoor’s Barsaat stars the director, along with Nargis, Nimmi and Prem Nath. It follows two parallel love stories and was one of Kapoor’s major hits. Following its success, Kapoor established RK Studios which spawned a number of famous films such as Boot Polish and Shree 420, among others.
